Follow your plan.
Record what happens.

Create a strength programme or import a supported spreadsheet. Put sessions on your calendar and see what comes next.

During training, record warm-ups, working sets, load, reps and effort. Use rest timers, swap an exercise or add a note. If you stop mid-session, your workout is there when you return.

Your planned targets stay separate from the work you performed.

Make room for cardio.

Record a walk, run, ride or another activity. Add duration, with distance, effort and notes when you need them.

Set a weekly time goal and plan sessions around your week. Repeat regular sessions or change a plan when the week changes. Unplanned activity counts too.

Log cardio on its own, with or without a strength programme.

Keep food logging practical.

Find a food, scan its barcode or enter your own. Adjust the portion and record it at the time you ate. Calories and macros add up through the day.

Save meals and recipes, keep favourite foods with their usual portions, and copy entries you use again. Your diary follows your hours, so you do not have to fit meals into fixed categories.

Search the food catalogue offline. Submit a search to include results from Open Food Facts when you are online.

About nutrition target reviews

You can set calorie and macro targets yourself. An optional target-review feature uses your food and weight records to suggest changes. You decide whether to accept them. This feature is still a prototype; its estimates are not measured energy expenditure.

See how your work adds up.

Compare a new record with your previous best, then open the workout behind it. Exercise history keeps the sets and dates close to the charts.

Record body weight manually or choose to import weight from Health Connect on Android. Review individual measurements and the trend over time.

Estimates stay labelled. Your recorded work remains the source.

Your record stays in your hands.

Longwork stores your record on your device. Core logging works offline and you do not need an account.

Keep a copy
Export a backup, restore one when you need it, or export records to CSV. On Android, you can also enable automatic backups to a folder you choose.
